Janotta & Herner served as the design-build commercial contractor for this luxury 5,800 sq. ft. spa for Spa Catawba, located near Lake Erie in Northern Ohio. Construction began in October and pushed through the harsh Lake Erie winter, yet the project was fully completed in just seven months, opening in time to welcome lake lovers for the Summer of 2021. This beautifully crafted luxury commercial space features a relaxation lounge, café, flotation tanks, Pilates and yoga studios, and more, creating a serene destination designed for wellness and rejuvenation.
