Foreman – Full-Time

Janotta & Herner is hiring experienced construction crew foremen. This position has the responsibility of supervising on-site construction activities of J&H crew and subcontractors, as well as being hands-on when needed. Work experience in multiple trades is preferred. Pay is hourly and based on experience and abilities. Starting pay will vary based on prior experience and comes with a comprehensive benefits package. Ten years in the construction field and a minimum of three years of experience as a foreman/supervisor are required. A high school diploma is preferred, but not required. Job Requirements include, but are not limited to:

• Supervise construction projects to ensure compliance with design, budget, and schedule.
• Plan, coordinate, and direct all personnel and subcontractors’ activities on the job site.
• Assist Project Manager as needed.
• Ensure all on-site personnel comply with safety regulations.
• Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Frequent standing and walking, sometimes across rough or uneven surfaces.
• Occasional climbing, sitting, kneeling, bending, and overhead reaching.
