Janotta & Herner is hiring construction laborers. Individuals who have experience across multiple trades and construction types are preferred. Our work area covers most of Northern Ohio, and the work week is typically 40 to 50 hours. Prior experience on industrial/commercial construction projects is preferred, but not required. Starting pay will vary based on experience, with our minimum full-time pay starting at $20/hour plus benefits. All applicants must pass a drug test and a background check. Job Requirements include, but are not limited to:
- Use of powered and powder actuated tools.
- Operating vehicles and equipment.
- Occasionally lift 50+ pounds, frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Frequent standing and walking, sometimes across rough or uneven surfaces.
- Frequent climbing, sitting, kneeling, bending and overhead reaching.
- Climbing ladders.
- Working at heights.
