KF-7 Warehouse - Clyde, Ohio

This warehouse is located between Clyde and Fremont and is another project that will be used to warehouse products for the Whirlpool Corporation.  This project began as a spec building and mid-way through construction was leased by Whirlpool.  This change necessitated several design modifications to the warehouse and included the addition of 2,770 SF of offices to the building.

Our JHI crew did a fantastic job keeping up with the changes and dealing with issues that threatened the final delivery date of the building.  As the above picture shows, the November 1st building turnover is a reality.
