MSI Railroad Dorm & Track's End Restaurant - Bellevue, Ohio

JHI has been a leader in lodging construction in north central Ohio for quite some time.  Hotels, Inns, and Guest Suites are a type of project that has been one of our strong suits.  We just added another category to that list.  "Railroad Dormitory".  MSI Lodging of Little Rock, Arkansas contacted JHI about constructing a dormitory for railroaders laying over at the Bellevue rail yards.

This facility had to include a restaurant that not only provided food for the guests, but is also open to the public.  The JHI design team went to work creating this 70 room, 25,000 S.F. lodging facility and the 2,000 S.F. "Track's End Restaurant" that seats 50.  Our JHI crew kept on schedule and budget to the delight of the owner.
