Batesville Casket Company - Norwalk, Ohio

This project started on Labor Day 2007 and was turned over to the very happy owners during Thanksgiving week of the same year.  That's less than three months to complete a 25,000 S.F. Storage and Distribution Center.  One of the factors that led to our swift performance on this job was that JHI self-performed almost all of the work.

JHI used it's own crews to install foundations, masonry above & below grade, exterior concrete paving, 1,000 linear feet of sidewalks, metals studs, drywall, acoustical ceilings and steel erection.  This is a prime example of the advantages of being able to control our own schedule and use multi-talented tradesmen on a project that required a tight schedule.
