Moll Residence Garage Addition - Valley City, Ohio

It's generally known that Janotta & Herner is not a residential contractor. But on occasion, when a loyal client requests that we help with a project, even a garage addition, JHI tries to accommodate. The JHI design team decided that if we were going to construct a garage, it should make a statement while blending in as if it were built along with the existing house. The above photo shows just how this was accomplished.

The connecting archway made this outbuilding a part of the main house and enlarged the look of the home without actually adding square feet.  Our JHI crew did a meticulous job of detailing this garage with architectural elements of the house to make it flow.  From the archway details of the porch to the gable elements that help pull this design together, this is a great example of blending the new with the old.
