Family Eye Care  Center - Clyde, Ohio

The relationship between Janotta & Herner and Family Eye Care is one that we value very highly.  The Clyde branch of this growing Optometry practice is the third such project JHI has been involved with.  Totaling 4,800 SF, this new wood frame building is home for not only Family Eye Care, but also the Bellevue Professional Services, Dr. Fazio OB-GYN from Bellevue Hospital.  This sub-lease tenant was a key element of this project moving forward.

JHI helped Family Eye care with a multitude of issues from site selection and purchase to negotiations with neighboring Drug Mart on a curb cut agreement.  JHI further brokered the connection between Bellevue Hospital and Family Eye Care.  Our JHI Foreman did an excellent job of working with the owner and tenant to satisfy their needs and get the building ready for its May 5th opening.  Another aspect that helped make this project a huge success was JHI's ability to self-perform almost all the elements of construction.
