ESOP (employee stock ownership program)

In the year 2000, Janotta & Herner Inc. became an ESOP (employee owned) company.  The benefits to our employees are obvious in that profits for each year are allocated to qualified employees in the form of stock which is redeemable at the time of retirement.  The benefits to our clients are equally as important, as each employee has a stake in the success of every project we take on.  A job that is on schedule and on or below budget, is the goal of each and every person associated with your project.
