Job Safety

Worker safety is very important to Janotta & Herner Inc. Fewer lost time accidents means more time is spent working efficiently. We pride ourselves on taking the extra step to work safely. Suggestions for safer procedures from the employees are encouraged. Training with & use of safety equipment is mandatory for all crew members. OSHA representatives and other safety experts are invited to crew meetings to inform & demonstrate new safety procedures. One achievement is the development of a roof trolley designed by JHI employees. This device increases safety and efficiency and has been patented.
